Step 1

Step 2
Customer service receives your case and looks through it. You will receive a reply up to 2 days after creation.

Step 3
You will receive an email when there is new in your case. Open the mail and (Important) Use the link in the email to open and see your case.

Step 4
Customer service has found a solution to your case. If you have more questions, you can answer the case, otherwise you can close it.
